Key Responsibilities

• Control and maintain full set of accounting system including Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statement, Cash book and General Ledger; making sure that the company’s procedures are consistent with Group’s current policies.
• Be responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Statements, Management Reports, etc.
• Prepare financials reports based on Group’s request
• Organizing, planning, coordinating, completing of year end closing by external audit and internal audit;
• Provide recommendation to improve systems/procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Liaise with Tax office and Government authorities
• Responsible for enhancing current accounting software
• Participate in the ERP system design and implementation processes to automate and digitize all operation processes.
• Manage and continue to grow a team
• Report to GE’s A&FM and GE’s AM with timely and accurate information.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance required.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Essential skills:

• 3+ years of experience in audit with experience in retail or digital industry is a strong plus
• Good with data and number, have nature sense of data flow and experience in dealing with large data is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English is a strong plus.
